A Calm, Guided Wedding Day
The Day-Of Coordinator is there to turn moving pieces into a smooth, well-paced celebration, especially helpful when you’re planning from out of town.
Day-Of Coordinator Support Includes
- A planning meeting about one month prior to finalize timeline and key decisions
- Vendor point of contact and on-site coordination
- Ceremony pacing, cueing, and guest flow
- Oversight of setup, transitions, and breakdown moments
- Timeline support for the main reception beats (toasts, first dances, cake cutting)
- Calm problem-solving throughout the day

Food & Bar
Food and drink shape how the day feels. Sunnybrook’s bar experience is designed to be seamless and well-run, with flexible hosting styles.
Bar Service
Bar packages are all-inclusive, including the bartender. Outside alcohol is not permitted. Sunnybrook will work with each host to design the bar package that fits the celebration.
Bar package options: Open Bar (Host pays per person rate); Hosted Bar (Host pays based on consumption); Cash Bar (Host pays setup and bartender, guests purchase drinks)
Catering
Your menu is customized with professional catering support, and your coordinator helps align timing and service flow so the guest experience stays smooth.
